Credit Bureau Authorization

I, the Applicant, agree, acknowledge, and consent that Lenditt Technologies Inc. andits agents may use my Personal Information to obtain and update credit information and other financially related information about me at any time during the term of this agreement from any credit reporting agency, credit bureau, other financial services industry databases, my employer(s), my telecommunications services provider(s) or mobile services provider(s), any references I have provided to Lenditt Technologies Inc. to verify my identity, or any person who has or may have financial dealings with me for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Code (referred to in the Privacy Disclosure & Consent below). Lenditt Technologies Inc. may disclose such information to any credit bureau and to any person who has or may have financial dealings with me. Lenditt Technologies Inc. may use information I provide to it whenopening or operating any accounts I have with Lenditt Technologies Inc. to confirm or validate such information with third parties. I agree that if I am issued a Loan, I am the only person permitted to use it. I have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Disclosure & Consent below and agree to be bound by them.

In this Privacy Disclosure & Consent section only, “you/your” shall refer to the Applicant, and “we/ us/our” shall refer to Lenditt Technologies Inc.

What is Personal Information?

Your Personal Information includes information you provided to us or information we collected from other sources about you, such as your name, address, age, financial data, Social Insurance Number, or employment records, and other information that could be used to identify you.

We collect/share your Personal Information to:

  • Verify your identity;

  • ensure we have accurate information about you;

  • understand your financial needs (including your eligibility for products and services you requested or accepted) and to manage our relationship to financial institutions for payment processing purposes; in connection with audits;

  • communicate with you regarding products and services that may be of interest;

  • understand our customers, including through analytics, and to develop and tailor our products and services;

  • comply with legal or regulatory requirements, or as permitted by law; and

  • respond to questions you may have.
