  • Due to regulatory and consumer protection laws, Lenditt can only offer one loan at a time to a customer. Therefore, it is not possible to top up an existing loan or take out a second loan until the first one is fully repaid. 

  • No, Lenditt does not charge any platform fees, processing fees or any hidden charges during loan application or processing.

  • If a payment is returned to your bank account for any reason, such as insufficient funds, a stop payment, or a frozen account, Lenditt will charge you an NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) fee. Additionally, your bank may impose its own NSF fee. In Ontario, the NSF fee charged by Lenditt is 25$. 

  • Unfortunately, we cannot defer your initial payment. Our system automatically sets the upcoming payrolls as your next repayment dates and extends only up to 62 days.

  • At Lenditt, it's important to stick to the payment dates outlined in your contract. However, if you miss a payment, one of our Collection Account Specialists will contact you to discuss the situation and explore available options. 

  • Yes, Lenditt reports your loan payments to credit bureaus.

  • If you encounter difficulties signing your Lenditt contract, please log back into your Lenditt account and try again. Click on 'Sign your Contract.' Ensure the correct details in the loan agreement, and then click Continue. If the problem continues, email support@lenditt.ca with details of the specific error you're facing. 

  • E-transfers are typically sent automatically to your email address within 2 minutes after you sign the contract. 

    • If your e-transfer hasn't arrived, make sure you are checking the email associated with your Lenditt account. Check your email inbox and junk folder to ensure it hasn’t been missed. 

    • If you have an auto-deposit set up, also check your bank account for the deposited funds. Sometimes, Interac may block email addresses, which could prevent e-Transfer acceptance. 

    • If you still can't find the funds, please contact support@lenditt.ca to verify when the e-Transfer was sent.
